We are proud that we bake our own bread and Zopf (traditional braided bread), which we do using original Rüdlinger spelt flour and our own bread oven. For our muesli—prepared freshly each day—we use oat flakes from the Lüscher Mill in near-by Hallau. So long as the stocks last, our breakfast offering is complete with apples from our own trees, honey from Rüdlingen, and homemade jams. Whenever possible, we consider regional suppliers for our purchased groceries.
